adjacent teres major muscle with subcapsular recess distended with fluid.
Mild fluid collection noted within the rotator interval, shoulder joint and
bicipital tendon sheath.
Bone contusion involving postero-superior humeral head suggestive of Hill-
Sachs lesion.
