I have recurrent shoulder dislocation it has been 10-12 times.pls suggest me my nearly doctor said me to do surgery is it helpful for me ! And can I return to play . ! If surgery assure me full cured pls help from that.and also. And any other excercisis can do by me...........,........................ . ..........................................

Recurrent dislocation of the shoulder at your age warrants surgical intervention. You need to get some investigations done like X-rays and MRI of the shoulder. This will help the Surgeon decide the surgical treatment. This procedure is done by key hole - Arthroscopy surgery, which is less painful and recovery is also fast.
