Shoulder dislocated on 3/july/2017. Doctor told to dont remove sling for next 1 month(i.e. Upto 03/Aug/2017). I want to join new organization where my joining is on 01/Aug/2017. Currently am feeling ok,and taking medicine as per doctor suggestion.Now don't have pain and any other abnormalities. can i remove sling now? What to do if i removed sling? I want to join new organization with proper hand movement(I know it will take time for heavy movement) hence consult me what to do?

You need to get investigated for presence of labral tears. Shoulder dislocation is very common problem and usually requires surgery if MR scan is suggestive of a bankart lesion. Kindly see your orthopaedic before starting training.
