Could you please elaborate as to what activities lead to dislocation of the shoulder and what you do once it dislocates. Do u reduce it by yourself or do you go to a specialist for reduction.
According to MRI your labrum appears normal and also there is no defect on the humeral head.
If the dislocation is so frequent and even minor activities lead to dislocation then you need to undergo operative therapy for stabilization whereby a piece of bone is attached to the front of the shoulder for stabilization.
Next Steps
Get yourself clinically evaluated with an orthopaedic surgeon. Take all your xrays and MRI scans with you.
