I've been having a strange pain in my right arm. It starts in the lower part of the side of my shoulder and radiates down to my elbow...sometimes my wrist. It is not movement or activity related and I have not hurt it or overworked it that I am aware of. Sometimes it is a dull ache, other times it is a sharp pain.
