I m facing left shoulder and lower back pain last 15 days and also suffering from minner coughing problem some time i have already done my echo and tmt test both are normal actually last year my mother has been expired by heart attack after that i m facing that problem and i m also facing fobia for heart attack so please help me what can i do

If echo and tmt normal nothing to worry but you have family history so u need lifestyle modification
