Shoulder and hand get tired

From last few days whever i do some work my shoulder and hand feel tired up and feel pain after few min gets normal. I take BP medicines and thyroid tablets 120mcg. Please help

Hello Do you feel only tiredness or numbness also ? Is it only on one side or both?
