Should take vaccine or not

Hello Sir/Madam, 1.5 months ago, I had Simlar symptoms of covid like fever, headache, sore throat, loss of taste and smell, weakness. Somehow I was not able to got tested for covid.  Now,I dont have any of this symptoms. I got recovered.Only gas issue is still there. Now before getting vaccination I did my anybody test. Results of antibody is below covid antibody IGG - CLIA - 0.9 covid antibody total -ELISA - 0.24 Please suggest should i take vacccine or not. Thanks and regards, Prince
