Should i get toric lenses?

I have 0.75 cylindrical power in both eyes and online lens store is suggesting that I get toric lenses, is this true that spherical lenses won't help me? Or are they trying to make me buy costlier lenses.

Toric lenses are slightly expensive.  But it'll give your better clarity. If you don't want to buy toric lens,  you can buy spherical lens but increase the power by -0.25.
