I feel that my left ribs has less muscle around it than right including shoulder. I had an accident before 2 years to that area but no fractures. I had spine mri, blood tests, chest xray etc but all are normal I also feel hallow under my lest rib and at the same part on right I feel thick. Attached the photo where I feel hallow. At the same point I get very very mild strain when I breathe full. 2nd photo - only when I touch I g t pain , else no pain.that is the part where I got hurt 2 years back. It's been like since that time and it feels uncomfortable feeling that my left is small and right is big. Should I get chest MRI or any other MRIs? I did brain and spine which are ok according to doc and blood tests as well , for which I am taking vitamin D. Please help.

Sounds and looks like you have osteomalacia. A condition due to low vitamin D. Once you get injections for vitamin d you will start improving. Your bones may take time to change into normal. Tablets will take too long
Next Steps
consult if needed
