Shortness of breath ..xray - diaphram

I have no cough but today x ray shows little elevated diaphram. What would be the possible reason. When i take deep breath i am having chest pain on right side. Will it subside. What would be the possible issues. No smoking . No previoua asthma

diaphragm can be elevated on expiratory film..its the comparasion bw two that matters...share the cxr

Little elevated diaphragm can be normal but with pain might need a further history and clinical examination. We might require a CT scan to check the lungs and diaphragm
