Hi, I started having short breaths 2 months back, I got my cardio checkups done and all tests came normal. I started working out 5 days a week and reduced some weight too & I didn't feel any shortness of breath. Now from 2-3 days I am again feeling the same. I am able to run 3+ KMs and do weight training in gym as well everyday. Still I feel shortness of breath while at rest, do I need to be worried and see a Pulmonologist?
This issue started in August my 2 year plus kid suddenly has fast breath/shortness of breath like sound.
