I will be 18 this July and it seems I am not growing in height and a lot worried now present I am 5feet 7 inches almost it how can I gain some height as father in 5"9-5"10 but my mom is short heighted can I attain a little height more 5"9 or 5"10

Can try with a hope... Daily Oil massage and exercise just before bath helps
