I have a short and thick frenulum which makes my penis bend when I retract foreskin completely. I get pain at frenulum sometimes when I have intercourse. Does this cause premature ejaculation? Is frenuloplasty suggested in this case? If frenulum is removed or lengthened will the premature ejaculation problem solve?

Premature ejaculation cant get better by doing frenuloplasty.

Not exactly, but upto some extent it will solve.. For premature ejaculation problem u need to start proper ayurvedic medicine.. To increase stamina for sexual activity.. To enjoy sexual pleasure
