I have hair fracture in toes since one month now I removed cast . Doctor suggest me to go office .but wearing shoe .is sports shoe is good for walking after cast removal . I am feeling pain when I walk

Initially pain will be there , be safe , gradually will go off. Sports shoes are safe best.
