My mother is 65 years old and In prescription- doctor advised her to take one Shelcal tab in a day

Tab. Shelcal 500 is plain Calcium carbonate.
Tab. Shelcal HD is Calcium carbonate and Vitamin D3.
Tab. Shelcal CT has Calcium carbonate and calcitriol - generally for patients kidney and parathyroid related problems.
Tab. Shelcal HD 12 has Calcium carbonate, Vitamin D3 and Vitamin B12.
Tab. Shelcal K has Calcium carbonate, calcitriol and Vitamin K2-7 work for bone strengthening for people who are at fall risk.
Considering her age and not mentioned co morbid illness, I suggest her to take Tab. Shelcal HD 12 ,one per day, for 1 to 3 months
