She has itching more than a 1 years... She used some medicine (ketoconazole cream, Queenderm cream) when she little relief she is stopped..but she is not countiniusly medicine... Please see picture of itching Kindly suggest medicine

It's fungal infection..Along with topical medicines, course of oral medicines are also required. ..plus stop using creams on and off ,as in appropriate treatment will develop resistant.

She has a chronic fungal infection and she need evaluation of a dermatologist and a proper treatment for at least 2 to 3 months because the fungal infection became chronic after using steroid creams like Qeenderm Ketoconazole creams give you a temporary relief but she needs systemic treatments
