Sharp pulling pain in stomach post sex

My ovalution test positive yesterday and it's my 14th day . We met. Today morning I'm having sharp pain first I thought it might be ovalution but pain is really severe and sharp on left side of lower abdomin . Pain is increasing if I walk , it's better after lying down but moment again increasing it . Will it go by own ? What can be reason ?
