Sharp pain in lower right abdomen.

Since the second day of my period I was having sharp pain in lower abdomen.Today is the 3rd day of my period and the pain is much less than yesterday and it is only in the lower right abdomen.My lower right abdomen hurts a little when I walk or cough.What should I do?

Get done ultrasonography to know the condition of ovaries and uterus.Maybe you are having pelvic inflammatory disease.Get done complete urine examination.With all reports meet to gynaecologist and take medicine.
