I'm having consistent lower back pain for almost 2 weeks. It's too sharp when I'm seated, I always feel the urge to rest my back. I did some walking/exercise, hot baths.. but none of it seems to help out. What could be the reason? It's all of a sudden I did not lift anything heavy or such. I work for a corporate, I sit with the laptop through the day
