My sgpt alt test result is 254 and himoglobin is 10.3 .. what happened to me ? What can I do ? Is it harmful to me and my baby . ? I am 33 week pregnant .. why it is too much high ???

You need to consult your obstetrician. some blood investigations are needed to find out the cause. It can be due to pregnancy related medical conditions like Anemia, cholestasis, hemolysis, also evaluation to rule out hepatitis is needed.
Any complaints like itching all over the body specially palms and soles? yellowish discoloration of urine?
