Continously getting sexual thaughts. I want 1. One lifeone wife committed relationship 2. Never ever look at girls My mind continuesly thinking sexual thaughts I am 29 now since 10 years I am in metro had wide opportunities to date but that was not my intention But with frds i offenly watch pornograpy i thaught this is reason so i stopped it  since last november. As usual i mastrubate once in a while but now it become uncontrolled i can 3 days with yoga pranayam continuesly, My query is Marriage is solution for this? Yoga meditation? Get active in other activities? Please give me genuine solutions

Considering your age and the fact that you are not in a relationship, sexual thoughts are natural. But anything in excess is not good. You are 29 years old and what is preventing you from getting married? Marriage is not a solution to any problems but if you have desire to get married, go for it
