Hi, Am 26 years old, I do masterbating from long time. Am feeling like am addicted to it. I want to come out from that . Now a days sometimes am getting pain in penis after masterbation n felt like quantity of sperm reducing due to masterbating. Is it a serious health issue? Can it be curable? My family is forcing me to get marry in next 6-8 mnts am really tensed.am I wasted my life? Please help me
