Sexual foreskin

My foreskin is not flexible and during intercourse time it even not open properly. Any problem for that. I will not go for circumcision.

Based on your description, you most likely have a tight foreskin (phimosis) or a short frenulum, which is preventing the foreskin from retracting normally during intercourse. This can cause pain, difficulty during sex, recurrent small skin tears, and sometimes premature ejaculation due to increased sensitivity. The good news is that circumcision is not the only treatment. If your foreskin can be retracted partially and is not scarred, many men improve with conservative treatment.

Health Tips
Do not force the foreskin back, especially during intercourse, as this can cause painful tears and bleeding. Maintain good genital hygiene by gently cleaning beneath the foreskin only if it retracts comfortably. Use adequate lubrication during intercourse to reduce friction. Many men with mild to moderate phimosis improve without circumcision when treated early. However, if you develop repeated infections, persistent pain, recurrent tearing, or the foreskin becomes trapped behind the glans (paraphimosis), seek urgent medical attention. Thank you

This is most likely phimosis (a tight foreskin). If the foreskin does not retract properly during intercourse, it can cause pain, tearing, bleeding, recurrent infections, and difficulty with sex.
