I had incomplete abortion after 6 weeks of pregnancy & had to go through D&C procedure on 22nd Jan'16. I also have little blood spotting. When can I resume sexual intercourse with my husband.

The best time to eesume intercourse is after 3 weeks when the pregnant uterus returns back to its pre pregnant state and fresh endometrial lining grows over and the bleeding completely stops. So 3 weeks is a safe time period.
