Dear parents, Your child is suffering from cold coryza & cough.       Alone Delcon won't work, add Syp Azithromycin 100mg one teaspoon ful once a day for 3days & Syp Axalin one fourth teaspoon ful thrice a day for 5days. If no improvement in 48hrs consult a Paediatrician.
