Severe spasm in lower left back region
Im having a sever lower back pain since 4-5 days now , unable to move around , limping while walking , severe throbbing pain while getting up from bed from one side. Pain increases if I sit for an hour and its very uncomfortable. Also Im suffering from balanced lumbar and thoracic scoliosis.

You can do some hot fomentation , local spray or ointment .. start with some muscle relaxant like myoril or miofree 8 mg twice a day along with some analgesics like etoricoxib 90 mg .. ( if not contraindicated for any other reason )
