My father is 52 years old and he is a chain smoker he has a smoking habit about 30 years and he is mentally sick too due to some problems . now a day he got shivering severely Please give some help to rescue my father

It is Not possible to treat or diagnose ur father without physically examined him. I think it is better to consult with a doctor in ur area and properly diagnose his conditions. Then treatment will be easier.
