Hello Doctor, Please advise on safe topical creams or medications for the following symptoms lasting since few days: Primary Issue: Severe, intense itching and redness on the external private part area. Current Status: The tissue is now slightly painful and tender to the touch due to friction from scratching over clothing. Recent Medications Taken: 1-2 tablets of O2 antibiotic, Cetirizine, Laveta M, Vitazyme, Pan-D, Pan-40, and Paracetamol. Important Context: No recent history of shaving, hair removal, or physical sexual activity. Kindly suggest safe over-the-counter options or treatments via text. Thank you.
