Severe pain with withdrawal bleed

I was spotting for 15 days with no bleeding.Doctorsuggested Regesterone CR 10mg twice a day for 5 days.Now I have got a withdrawal bleed which is very painful Previously I had an left ovary endometric cyst which has now disappeared.Ultrasound was done six months back and was clear.pap smear is also clear.is endometriosis returning? Pl advise.

You are 46 years old. You had an endometriotic cyst. Now you are having irregular periods. All put together, you should go for thorough evaluation by a Gynaecologist to rule out if any disease is developing.
