Xray of knee showing fracture fixation with plate and screws are in good position. Is she is having pain in thigh or knee? If it's in knee it is  due to significant osteoarthritis with marked narrowing of joint space which gives rise to severe pain. If it's in thigh ,to find out the cause she may need further investigation,with the xray alone could not reason out why she has thigh pain
