Since experiencing a bad fall on my left buttock and hip, it caused my piriformis muscle to crush my sciatic nerve. I already have an L4 herniation and my root nerve is touching my L5. Shown on MRI. However, since my fall I am experiencing severe pain in my knuckles, elbows, knees, hips, I am unable to get out of bed.
