I have severe pain in left ear from past week. Kindly guide for the same. Please note that the ear was checked and found with wax months back but wax was never removed since it was not soft to be removed.

Use wax softener like Auristillae ear drop- 2drops 2-3times/ day for 7days and then visit ENT specialist to get it removed

Is there any history of water going inside ear or usage of ear buds. Most probably its wax but it could be fungal infection or inflammation  of ear canal also.
Next Steps
visit an ENT specialist or televideoconsultation .

keep ears dry..dnt use earbuds.
