I just started going to gym and seems I did some extreme exercise y'day (3 Day of my gym) since then I have developed severe pain in back side of my right shoulder (could be in infraspinatus or nearby muscles). I couldn't sleep well due to this pain. Don't have other symptom in other part of body. Could you pls suggest me on this condition ?
Advice.
1. No gym. for some time.
2. Fomantation with warm water bottles
3. Multivitamin tabs.
4. Avoid painful acts and activities.
5. Multivitamin tabs.
7. paracetamol tab SOS for pain
8. If no relief kindly visit a clinic
