As u have done Doppler of the involved limb it suggest that u have and Popliteal Cyst also know as Bakers s cyst. Treatment of Symptomatic cyst usually involves removing the cyst via surgery! For Meniscal Injury u need to repeat MRI once again. For calf pain, Sometimes usually is a symptom of Magnesium/ Calcium Deficiency!
