Severe pain in head .

I have severe pain in head at left side and both the eyes sometimes pain shift to right side or both the sides of head .Pl suggest.

Need to relax and do regular exercises and walks. Eat more veggies in diet and fresh fruits. Avoid mobile devices especially at night before bedtime. Use relaxation therapy like deep breathing Meditation 3 times in a week. Sos painkillers. If still have issues consult
