Feeling severe pain in anus from last night. Already using ESCOT (Nifedipine & Lidocaine) cream but after using it pain also increasing. But previously after using this oinment I got relief. But now can't tolerate more. Give me some solution.need help.. also taking sitz bath with baking soda. Want to get relief quickly. Can't take this pain anymore.

Tab. Daflon Use Proctosedyl ointment. Tab. Brufen 600mg sos Gremaffin syrup 2tbsp tds Is there bleeding associated? Continue Sitz bath and warm compression. Need to see pic of the anal region for proper evaluation.
