SEVERE PAIN DURING EXCRETION

I am getting severe pain during excretion. I never suffered from constipation till yesterday. Yesterday when I was excreting , the stool is unable to come out and had a lot of pain. Today also suffered from lot of pain . I am getting burning sensation and lot of heat while excreting.My food habits are same. Please tell me the measures to reduce it?
