Pain in tooth while lying down could be due to increase intra pulpal pressure resulting from carious tooth. Need a x ray to know the extent of cavity. Consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options. Try to maintain good oral hygiene by brushing twice a day, use mouthwash, warm saline water rinses two to three times a day. Can take painkiller but remember that they give you temporary relief only. So better to consult doctor and get proper treatment.

Hello ma'm, You might be  having deep cavity & the most sensitive layer of the tooth 'Pulp' is affected causing build up  of intra pulpal pressure  while lying down , which requires clinical examination & investigations for ruling out exact diagnosis & treatment planning accordingly.
Next Steps
visit dentist for the same.
Health Tips
maintenance of oral hygiene is important for overall health. Thanks!
