5-6 months ago trouble getting out of chair and stairs, recently severe pain in front, side,back of both knees, now unbearable pain and swelling above both knees

swelling - ice is required for reducing the swelling , get ur xray done , or Mri since u have pain around ur knee check uric acid (would be high) with vit d3
