Dear Doctors, My dad is diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis with loose bodies of osteophytes at left side. Please see attached xray report. Please advise solution to this problem. Can it be cured based on medication. (Rosehip powere tablet? What are surgery options?

Severe osteoarhrtitis is not the right interpretation of an x-ray..it should be graded from 1-4, do that a plan can be made for treatment.
