Was trying to stretch and all of a sudden neck started paining from the left side while moving neck or bend. Applied volini , didn't have any effect . The pain has only increased since . Any suggestion will be helpful Thanks

I can understand your concern. it could be a muscle pull. as of now, apply a ice pack and take a tablet. zerodol-mr . if it comes down, then good. if it still persists, consult a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management.
