Severe migraine during pregnancy

I am 12 weeks pregnant I am suffering from severe migraine. I have it from almost 10 years. During pregnancy it has increased a lot. I am prescribed to take only Dolo 650 but it is not helping at all. I have sleep all day long not able to do anything else. It's been 4 days now and my migraine is not coming down. Please help
