I am having a lower Backpain from past 5 days .But from 2,3 days it's paining severe.. while i am bending...While Sleeping and standing There is no pain...Please suggest me What to do ... What type of exercises should i do to forgive with this pain.?

When you have acute pain, we suggest bed rest for 2to 3 days along with some pain relieving medications,  possible reason for Acute back pain in young person like you is lumbar disc sprain. Need to evaluate further if pain does not improve. Suggest to meet orthopaedic surgeon
