Severe Leg Pain in calf muscles

Hi,my wife is having severe leg pain in calf muscles from last 3-4 years. Initially it was in complete leg but now limited to lower leg only . There are few spots of green colour upon touching them that pointa are having severe pain. We consult with vascular surgeon but doctor said this is not case of varicose veins. Kindly suggest some doctor or tests. Thanks, Sachin Goswami
