I am 14 weeks pregnant. With low lying placenta. Had meetings today which consisted of long sitting hours. From 6pm I am having severe leg pain staring from hip area till toes. Is this alarming ?

Yes it indeed is ,suggest not to stand for long hours and take calcium vit D3 and B12 suppliments.
