Severe kidney and ureters issues

10 years old gone through ureters reimplantation surgery 5montg ago. Left kidney 15% and right one 85% working before surgery. Still having severe hydronephrosis reflux and dilated ureters. I want to know whether any treatment available in homeopathy to retain all kidney function and treat dilatation and hydronephrosis. Please urgent answer
