Hello Doctor, For the past 4_5  weeks I have been experiencing severe itching all over my body. It persists almost throughout the day and is very disturbing at night after having ladt meal of the day. I’ve noticed that the itching often starts after eating food, but I’m unable to identify any specific food item that triggers it. My recent blood tests showed elevated IgE levels (283) and an elevatedl lipid profile. For allergy  I have tried Montair LC, levocetirizine and other over-the-counter medicines, but they only give partial or temporary relief. Antihistamines are not working well and the itching is affecting my sleep. I would like to get proper medical advice and treatment for these symptoms as soon as possible. Not sure if this falls under dermatologist or immunological disorder.. please
