Severe Itching in eyes, it comes back

I've seasonal itching in my both eyes, used moxicip and it got cured then it came back after 10 days again used moxicip(thrice daily) and olopat(twice daily) itching came back 3days after moxicip ended but still using olopat. At times it's itching severe , teary and left eye is a bit swelling too. Please suggest
