Severe headaches & swelling of eyelids.

My brother(19yrs) is suffering from severe headaches nowadays. The eyebrow area on both eyes getting swollen up like a horizontal bulges. On consulting an ent he claimed it to be a cause of sinusitis, prescribed few medicines. But there was no improvement, so should I visit another ent & neurologist. Also Sleeping in AC is causing swelling&headache

Get a CT scan nose and paranasal sinuses... consult an ENT specialist...
